Pros (good news first!):
+This rental’s location* in Old San Juan on the same street as El Morro and Castillo de San Cristobal gives visitors easy walking access to all attractions of Old San Juan and even to the beach. (Balneario El Escambron was only a 30-35 minute walk.)
+The ocean view* from the patio/terrace is unparalleled! We saw a rainbow over the water our first morning there and could see cruise ships arriving in and leaving from the city. It’s also a great place to sip wine at night.
+Ocean breezes and privacy*--no one can look in on you five stories up!
+Price*--This is an inexpensive place to stay in Old San Juan.
