Jasmin Hill Villa is located directly on the ocean in Ocho Rios, Jamaica approximately 1.5 hour drive east from Montego Bay airport. The entrance is off private Hermosa Road and as you pass through the Jasmin Hill gates you will see the beautiful landscaped sea view property. The classic stucco and wooden shingle roof home was completely remodeled to reflect its past history and add modern amenities. The extra large property (5 acres) includes over 500 feet of ocean front. Jasmin Hill is surrounded on all sides by lush tropical vegetation. The villa is within walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios and approximately one mile east of downtown Ocho Rios. Jasmin Hill is a very spacious and comfortable 6 bedroom home with style and grace. The main house was built in the 1940's and is 3 bedrooms. There is a lovely 1 bedroom master suite in a nearby cottage with terrace overlooking the pool and a 2 bedroom garden cottage. In the original main house extra large rooms all have hardwood or ceramic tile floors. The art filled living room overlooks the sea, pool and side courtyard garden. Dining can be on the new, large veranda facing either the ocean or pool or in the indoor private dining room. The home is filled with fine furniture, original artwork and unique details. A well tuned Yamaha upright piano is located in the entrance room. Lush gardens or ocean surround Jasmin Hill with spectacular views from all rooms. Bedroom Configuration: Main House -Bedroom 1 Large upstairs master bedroom (17 x 30 feet) with king 4 poster bed, private bath, ceiling fan and air- conditioning. This bedroom has windows on three sides and a private covered balcony overlooking the ocean. -Bedroom 2 King upstairs bedroom (14 x 15 feet) with private bath, ceiling fan and air- conditioning. This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. -Bedroom 3 Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom (16 x 23 feet), with private bath, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. This bedroom can also have a twin bed added if necessary. Pool Cottage Suite -Bedroom 4 King bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, double French doors to a private porch overlooking the pool and sea. The suite is fully air-conditioned. This bedroom is only available at the 4-bedroom rate. Rosebud Cottage - In 2014 a new 2-bedroom cottage was added to bring the total bedroom accommodations up to 6. This charming cottage is in a beautiful garden retreat. Each of the two bedrooms is air conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a lovely outdoor private shower that can be shared by both bedrooms. -Bedroom 5 King bed, private bathroom and air conditioning -Bedroom 6 Queen bed, private bathroom and air conditioning. The villa also includes a large spring water swimming pool. A new wrap around covered verandah is perfect for morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Ocean swimming is especially wonderful from the Jasmin Hill dock. Stone steps lead into crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Within 50 yards of shore is a wonderful coral reef perfect for snorkeling. Jasmin Hill is fully staffed with a superb Caribbean chef, butler, an optional van driver with 14 passenger Toyota van, a housekeeper, laundress and a gardener. The driver lives on the property in separate staff area. All meals can be served either in the large dining room or on three outside locations (garden terrace, ocean terrace or pool). Villa Amenities: -Completely renovated with new bathrooms, mahogany windows and doors, balconies, verandas and spectacular new entrance through landscaped gardens. -6 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bath and air-conditioning -All new luxury bathrooms -Large fresh water pool -Gym located in a traditional Caribbean cottage in the jungle and overlooking the sea -Sea level sun deck with stone steps into the ocean -3 Sea kayaks -Spacious covered outdoor verandah for dining or relaxing -Yamaha piano -Convenient to all sights and shopping in Ocho Rios -Full staff Rates are weekly and quoted in United States Dollars (USD). All Holiday bookings require one week and full house rate except where noted.

Wonderful Villa
Beautiful villa, pictures didn’t do it justice. Great staff. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the snorkeling off the private dock. I would recommend any future visitors to book the van and Lyndel the driver. I would not drive in Jamaica. Not really safe to walk around town either. Lindell is a great guide and we all felt safe with him.

Best Vacation Ever!!
This Villa was absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough about the staff. Lyndell was our driver he was absolutely amazing. No worries about where to go he had suggestions, not only was he dependable but he was such a nice man and funny too! Angela and the rest of the staff were so nice and catered to our every need. The food was so delicious, and Angela set the most beautiful table every evening with fresh flowers. The entire staff went above and beyond. The Villa was always so clean they even made sure the pool was crystal clear. We didn't have to do a thing, they would have our coffee made before we got up and the bar stocked along with an ice cold cooler with cold drinks. I would highly Jasmine Hill. This vacation was a 10. Highly recommended , best vacation ever. Thank you all.

The best vacation ever.
There was ten of us. Five adults and Five children. ranging from 9-16. The experience exceeded our expectations. Like the other guest's review, what made this vacation one of the best is the staff. The staff was A-1, the service was excellent. I can't stress enough how the staff was really the best part of the vacation. Anglea served every meal with a smile and decorated the table very nicely for our meals. The home was awesome as well, the children loved being in the pool, we loved sitting on the verandah watching them in the pool or having our meals. Which by the way was excellent as well. Shandi is an excellent cook. she was very creative and made everything just perfect. it was amazing. Every single meal was awesome. I think we gainged about 20 pounds while on vacation. The rooms were always clean and the beds made. we also had a very nice turn down service. The beds were very comfortable. The driver Lyndel was the best. He knew the best places to go at the best times. He gave us so much information and history about Jamaica. We visited the real Jamaica and it was beautiful. We will for sure be back next year for our return visit. Jasmin Hill is the perfect place for a family vacation in paradise.
Our stay at Jasmin Hill was absolutely fabulous. The home and grounds are beautiful. The best part, however, is the Jasmin Hill staff. They made us feel as though we were part of their Jamaican family. There were 10 of us -- grandparents, parents and four grandchildren -- ages 11 to 15. Angela and Shandies provided us the most wonderful food and tended to our every need. Lyndel was a fantastic driver and guide, arranging wonderful trips for river rafting and souvenir shopping. He even serenaded us on piano and guitar. The pool was great for the kids, as is the dock for swimming and snorkeling. Jasmin Hill is the perfect place for a family vacation in paradise.
