How to get there
The resort is located 30 minutes from the Puerto Plata international airport. Exit the airport & turn right on the main road. You have to go through the Puerto Plata city towards Costambar, one mile after passing Costambar, on your right, you will find Cofresi, where the Hacienda Resorts complex is located. Go to Hacienda Tropical's front desk.
*Free Transportation for up to 8 people from the Puerto Plata airport to the Resort. Please send the host all travelers' full names and itineraries at least 2 weeks prior to check in so they can secure your transportation.
