House Rental
The property is one of three large luxury houses with spectacular views and lush beautiful landscaping. It is part of an enclosed community located in Arroyo Hondo. Close to the zoo, botanical gardens, and shopping centers. Each house is fully furnished, has a terrace, bbq and plenty of parking space for cars. The compound is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the center of Santo Domingo and 30 to 45 minutes from the airport. There is an onsite manager who will assists guests with checking-in, maintenance request, and other inquiries, as well as provide information on local activities and attractions.

- Must be respectful of the property and take care of appliances and furnishings.
- Noise must be kept down to a minimum to avoid neighbor complaints.
- Energy consumption is monitored, and guests are charged for excess consumption, over (25 kwh/day).
- Guests must have their passports or valid ID ready at check-in.
- Additional overnight guests must be approved 24 hours in advance, any guests not on the overnight list must leave after 10 PM.
- Overnight violations will be charged $50 per guest

Amazing place, everything was nice and clean Anthony was very helpful and nice. Very safe and quite area to relax.

It was quiet, safe, pleasant and comfortable!
Our stay at the house was very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the stay from mid July to mid August. Only thing that I can think of that would have made our stay better is if the outdoor jacuzzi/pool was heated. Other than that it was great. That particular area where the house is located only had upscale residents from what I saw.

Posizione spettacolare. Eleganza e rifinitura nei particolari. Educazione e discrezione nei Proprietari. Sicurezza a tutte le ore. Fantastico Jean, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema 24 h su 24 h. Un caro saluto alla Signora gentilissima di cui non ricordo il nome. Un solo appunto. Riparate la Jacuzzi grande dell'ultimo piano. Per il resto CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Family vacation
The house was just like the pictures. Beautiful and very accommodating. Jean was very hands on and Celeste happened to be on site while we were there which helped with the overall response. They addressed all the minor issues we had promptly. The area is safe and private.
