This is the second time my family of eight has stayed in this property, and it is absolutely perfect. There are four large bedroom with large attached bathrooms, a lovely balcony and, most importantly for us, access to a white sandy beach with lots of amenities (including friendly cats!) Highly recommend.
One tip for those wondering what to do after check-out but before you need to get to the airport: we had a great lunch at the downstairs restaurant and left our bags up by the property. The cleaning staff had already started working but they were very gracious about letting us keep our things by the door.

The penthouse was absolutely amazing and provided excellent views and space for our whole family. The overall resort is beautiful and has everything at your finger tips. We received excellent customer service from Berna and Lissette. Take them up on recommendations to utilize Ramy for your rent a car because him and his wife picked us up at the airport and assisted us with places to see while we were on the island. Fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this property!

Clear communication from owner, property manager before trip. Property manager waiting for us at the property when we arrived. Easy transfer back and forth from the airport by Remy!!!

The Penthouse is simply amazing. We were told the pictures do not do the view justice, and that is absolutely correct. You can't get a better view of the beautiful beach, gorgeous water, scenic cliffs, and great sunsets.
The condo has everything you need. It's very clean, has space for people to spread out, AC in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and fantastic balconies. Plenty of bath/beach towels provided, so you really don't need to worry about bringing much at all.
The location is fantastic in the Blue Bay resort. Amazing views, very close to the wonderful beach. The beach has plenty of chairs, along with many trees and some palapas so you have many options for shade or sun. The protected cove providing calm waters and many fish for great snorkeling (and even better snorkling/scuba outside the cove).
Communication with the owner, Berna, and the property manager, Lisette, was great. We were provided with information and recommendations ahead of time, there was a binder with more details upon arrival, and Lisette's colleague Claudia met us in person to help with the check in process and answer any questions about the unit. We only had two minor issues during our stay and Lisette helped resolve them right away.
Rent a car with Remy at BBautoverhuur. Plenty of car options, and Remy provided transport to/from the airport so it couldn't be any easier. There are so many great things to see on the island, so having a car is highly recommended.
We would 100% stay here again.

Pictures do not do justice to the absolutely beautiful views from this fantastic Penthouse apartment. Our family trip could not have gone smoother from check-in to check-out. Lisette, the property manager, was wonderful to work with, quick responses to any questions and very patient. Remy arranged our rental car, picked us up and dropped us off at airport, booked our boat trip to Klein Curacao and provided us with excellent suggestions for outings and restaurants. He could not have been more accommodating to our family.
The Blue Bay resort is fantastic with its crystal clear blue waters, excellent staff, snorkeling, scuba all on sight, great food at its restaurants and its proximity to all the is available in nearby Willemsted.
This was our first trip to Curacao but hopefully not our last as we have much more to do and see. I highly recommend the Penthouse to anyone who seeks sun and relaxation in a Caribbean paradise with wonderfully comfortable and spacious accommodations.

We stayed in the penthouse a week in early May. The weather was perfection. The penthouse itself is accurately described in the listing. We felt we had plenty of room to move around and most everything we needed to feel comfortable. Couple suggestions…several of the bath towels are old and bleach stained, and maybe provide a few more wash rags and more bed pillows. Very minor stuff.
The balcony. It’s the most beautiful and impressive balcony I’ve seen in all my years of travel. The pics really don’t do it justice. The sunsets you’ll witness will become core memories for years to come.
The beach and specifically the snorkeling right off the beach is perfection. We’ve been paying for snorkeling excursions on all our island trips and the snorkeling off the beach at Blue Bay is better! We spent hours every day in the water. Tip: bring water shoes as the shores in Curacao are rocky, and so are the ocean bottoms. I wished a few times I had water shoes.
The beach restaurant is fantastic, and so is the pizza from the pizza shop.The bar drinks are also excellent! The staff everywhere at the resort is lovely. Never even had to fight other vacationers for beach chairs, there were always plenty.
Our property manager recommended we rent a car and we didn’t listen, and I wish we had. Taxis are difficult to call and they charge crazy high fees.
In summation, this was our favorite trip so far! We will 100% be back to the Blue Bay and the penthouse!

Berna’s home was the perfect place for our family to stay. Response from owner came very quickly after initial booking. Property manager was friendly and met us on arrival and departure. She offered her phone number to help with any issues that arrived, but all went smoothly.
We found home exactly as described and as pictures show. Was probably the cleanest VRBO property we have stayed in, and we travel frequently. We had lots of room to spread out and the four bedrooms seemed equal in size and amenities. We cooked dinner in a couple nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The best part of the home is the main balcony! Any time we were home we found ourselves sitting outside looking down at the beach and out to the ocean.
My husband and son played golf and said the course and facilities were great. We ate at multiple places within resort (pizza, bar, breakfast restaurant) and all were very good. Blue Bay had live music on Wednesday and we enjoyed it from the balcony and at the beach bar. Fridays they have a DJ and happy hour and that was a blast! Location was perfect, close to town and short drive to north shore beaches. Definitely need to rent a car to see the island!
Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

The Blue Bay penthouse is an amazing property. It is right at Blue Bay Beach which has a good beach and great snorkling and diving. My 13 year old daughter and I went diving there for the first time.
The penthouse itself was beautiful. We had 8 of us staying - my wife and I, our 3 teenage kids and my inlaws. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a ton of time on the beautiful balcony that overlooked the beach and ocean.
Location is close to everything...airport, Williamstad and grocery shopping is all close. We used Remy's rental car service which was suggested to us from the property manager and that worked very well.
Overall I would not hesitate to stay at the penthouse next time we visit Curacao.

To start , communicating with the owner Berna was seamless from day one. The penthouse condo was as pictured all rooms were in great condition , bathrooms also were clean and good size. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for meal prep. The ocean was beautiful as was the on site pool. Lastly but not least Lisette the property manager was great to work with attentive , kind and ready to answer any questions or request we had.
