This is a fabulous, newly custom made,renovated apartment named 'Twin Palm' on the bottom floor of a historic building located west (for the sensational sunsets) facing the magnificent calm waters of Carlisle Bay & Bayshore Beach. The apartment is on the only beach on the south coast with West Coast conditions. With stunning sunset views of sailboats and the deep water harbour, the apartment consists of 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and looks on to a charming garden with flowering hibiscus,orleander ,crotons,desert roses,red ginger lily,morning glory and colourful bougainvillea, just to name a few.There are four different kind of palms. The building is secure and can be accessed from the road site through a enclosed staircase, and there is also your Beach entry over your private patio.
