The girls and I took a last minute break up at Gerry’s hostel and stayed 3 nights, had a great time. Very nice location to get away from it all. Friendly and helpful owner, made us feel welcome, thanks for everything.

Great location but I certainly won’t be going back there. Initially the warden seemed reasonably ok as he showed us round. The hostel wasn’t the best as there was only one small, quite run down shower for a possible 20 people and worked by a...More

By Train, there is train request stop at Achnashellach Station 2.5 miles from the hostel after getting off train continue down the dirt track for half a mile left round the big tree not through the white gate until you get to red phone box then left along main road for 2 miles approx Gerry' Hostel on right
Easily accesed by car as well with plenty of parking 10 miles south west of Achnasheen if coming from Inverness remember to turn left half a mile past Garve and also left at roundabout at Achnasheen
