CONDO DESCRIPTION This contemporary and tastefully furnished Ground Floor condo features a large open living area, large dining table, modern fully equipped European kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Large Terrace doors in the living room area open up to a private covered patio, overlooking the 10th fairway of the golf course. A portable BBQ on request and outdoor seating furniture complete this space. The European Kitchen is equipped with 4 ring electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, glassware, silverware and china. It features a golf course/garden view master bedroom with king size box spring bed and bathroom (shower, bath, toilet double vanity sink). The 2 other spacious guests bedrooms have a shared bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, vanity sink). One of those rooms has 2 single box spring beds and the other one has a king size box spring bed. Great location and perfect for our family of 5
First of all let me just say that Fransisca was a wonderful hostess! She was so helpful in recomending things to do on the island! The condo was was a great alternative to staying in a resort. We loved the pool and the condo location was close to everything but still far enough away to have a break from the crowds. We loved being able to cook and not have to eat out for every meal. We truly felt at home here.

Best Rental Ever!
We have been coming to Aruba for over 15 years, using our timeshare, and/or extending each visit by renting additional venues. This year we opted to spend the entire month at Fransisca's wonderful property. It is hands down, the nicest, most memorable experience we have enjoyed in Aruba. Our host Fransisca couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. She was always available and very helpful. The condo itself sits at the edge of a beautifully landscaped golf course, and a covered patio (with table and chairs), makes it a perfect place to have a leisurely lunch, birdwatch, or spy on the mostly distant golfers. Although the unit has A/C, we usually left our doors and windows open, to catch the lovely breezes. The Tierra del Sol Pool and Spa are very nearby, and can be accessed for an extra stipend. The property is in a residential, gated community--quiet and appealing.

About the neighbourhood
In just a 3 minutes drive, you reach Arashi , Boca Catalina and Malmok white sand beaches (local beaches which are great for snorkeling and swimming). The Palm Beach high-rise hotels with shopping-malls, restaurants, cinema’s, casino’s and night life are within a 5 minutes drive. Tierra Del Sol is only a 25 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute drive from down town Oranjestad. There is a small supermarket nearby (3 minute drive). On the main road to town you will find Superfood supermarket (10 minute drive). This store is verry well equiped and you will find here mainly European and American products.

How to get there
The drive from the Airport to the Condo is only about 25 minutes and is very easy to follow: From the Airport Round About, you follow direction Oranjestad (Capital of Aruba) and continue driving just straight. You will pass the High Rise hotels and continue straight on the Round About at the Marriott (residential area Malmok Beach). The 1st. intersection you go to the right. Continue and you will enter the main entrance of Tierra del Sol on your left hand. Take the 1st. street to the right followed by the 2nd. street to the left, pass the Las Palmas Block and you arrive at Las Rocas (Caya Baranca 11b)
