Renovated cozy cottage in great location with shared POOL, minutes to the airport & Old San Juan. Walk to Ocean Park beach, Isla Verde beach, Ultimo Trolley beach, includes off-street parking and laundry. Walking distance to all Calle Loiza, Isla Verde & Ocean Park amenities. Gated shared courtyard with outdoor dining space & grill. Full AC with Wifi & Netflix. Come enjoy the island life like a local! Access to bathroom, and front bedroom are through middle bedroom.

Beautiful stay in Puerto Rico!
With all the comforts of home for a short or extended stay Perla Rosa is high in value and amenities, and is conveniently situated for an affordable and memorable, gorgeous island getaway.
Perla Rosa is walking distance to a pharmacy, several delicious restaurants, and is literally 3 blocks from a local grocer. With all the appointments of home, stay in for the night and cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or take an evening stroll to one of San Juan’s most unique and eclectic nearby restaurants.
And if that wasn't enough, a few bucks and an Uber later, find yourself in Old San Juan. History, nightlife, and so many great food options! Most certainly coming back!

About the neighbourhood
If you're looking for a resort - this IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! This area is for somebody who wants to travel and live as a local. This is a great little area. 3 blocks to beach.. 1/2 block to a large grocery store with everything you need. 8 blocks to Bargain City / All Ways 99 which have any other specialty items you might need. Typically 10 minutes to Old San Juan / 10 minutes to the airport. The beaches are beautiful and low key.

Rental car is best, Uber is super convenient and not very expensive for everything else.

How to get there
Super easy less than 10-minute drive from the airport. Rental cars are always a good thing for exploring all the island has to offer. If not renting a car, Uber is usually pretty cheap on the island.
