The bus stop in front of the complex and the train station nearby provide easy public transportation to the city center (around 20 minutes). About the neighbourhood
The neighbourhood located in the north suburb of Dublin is very quiet and peaceful. Close to the sea, it is also a very green area with the brand new eco-friendly Father Collins Park only a 2 minutes walk (facilities include a skate park, fitness trail, playgrounds, sports fields, ornamental lake and windturbines). Clongriffin Main Street (5 minutes walk) has several small restaurants and shops. For bigger grocery shopping, the Donaghmede shopping center is less than 10 minutes walk. One of the biggest Tesco store in Dublin is also close by (2 minutes drive). Despite being in a suburban area, public transportation makes it easy to commute to the city center and other points of interest nearby. The bus line number 15 stops in front of the apartment complex and goes straight to the city...
