Crich, Derbyshire, England
Wakedon cottage sits in private grounds at the end of a long driveway. It is surrounded by open countryside and overlooks the softly wooded Derwent Valley. All the rooms are situated on the ground floor and each bedroom has en-suite facilities. The lounge-diner is light and airy with stable style doors to the garden. The kitchen and breakfast bar is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, microwave, etc. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities. This is a secluded cottage, sitting far from any public footpaths or roads. However, should you need assistance, the owners B&B is just out of sight, and only 70 metres away. A warm, cosy cottage, hidden among the trees and very private. Everything provided that you could need. Very easy booking arrangements from Australia and Keith was extremely proficient to deal with. Very highly recommended

Management response:

Thanks for the compliments. We enjoyed your stay. Kind regards, Keith & Daryl.

We were made very welcome by Keith. Cottage was very clean and tidy and had everything you might need. We sat outside in the garden when it didn't rain. Take the short walk across the road to see the views. If you want to walk to the village there is a good path along the roadside. We would recommend this...

Management response:

Thank you for a lovely review, and thank you for caring for the cottage. Sorry it rained so much.
