Villa Camilla is an elegant property which has always belonged to the same family of Marquis of Rozzano, The villa has an amazing view of the tree arms of the Lake Como and also the wonderful mountains on its back. There is a wonderful park with century trees, private swimming pool (10x6 mt.) and a private tennis court. A private mooring is available at Santa Maria Rezzonico harbor. the villa sleeps up to 16 people, its interiors are elegant and glamorous, with mosaic floors, wooden stairs, the property has been recently totally renovated and owner was very carefully in maintain the same atmosphere and beauty that was in the originally. In the villa guest can enjoy all kind of facilities such as Air conditioning, internet wifi, satellite Tv. The location is perfect for day trip, in Como The Cathedral and Piazza S.Fedele with many 400-year-old buildings and the Basilica, one of the masterpieces of the maestri comacini (masters of Como). The villa develops in 3 floors, on the Ground Floor: there is a large and bright living room with open fireplace, windows with a wonderful view of the lake Como, dining room, and kitchen. Very spacious play room over 85 sqm, with table tennis, table football, Upon request next to the play room is available one extra double bedroom with bathroom. First Floor: There are 3 double bedrooms, two of them has ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, and also shares a large and furnished terrace with beautiful lake view. the third bedroom has ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and face the villa garden. Second Floor: Large room with pool table and lake view; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with extra-large shower and Jacuzzi tub. Double bedroom with tub and shower with garden view. Top floor: 3 double bedrooms two of them are facing the lake and have ensute bathroom with shower, the third is facing the villa's garden and has ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Dependance: on request is available for extra 2 people it consist in one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower, a very simple room. Rental Roles: Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday. Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am Security deposit Refundable: Euro 3000.00 that will be collected (in cash or credit card) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property. Included on price: Guest Relations available throughout the stay at the villa. Highly personalized one-of-a-kind Experiences for the guests organized by our in-house concierge Welcome drink and fresh flowers Buffet “Welcome Dinner “ provided on arrival (up to 20 people only) Cook service for dinner (food and beverages not included). The cook will also buy all the necessary food which is to be paid for directly in cash at the end of the stay. An amount of € 1.500 is to be paid upon arrival as a deposit. The chef will be available to the guests throughout their stay at the Villa. Daily Continental Breakfast service (bread, marmalade, butter, tea, milk, coffee, croissant, cereals, cheese, ham) Unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection Daily housekeeping service: 3 hours – 3 ladies in the morning (except Sunday) Daily change of towels (except Sunday) and twice weekly change of bed linen - Once weekly change of pool towels Luxury bath products (Hermès – Eau d’Orange Verte) – daily replenishment The normal use of water, electricity, A/C, heating and cooking gas Pool heating (from May to September) Garden and pool maintenance Pets allowed at no extra UPON REQUEST: Extra housekeeping: € 16 per hour per staff member (€ 20 per hour per staff member on Sunday or public holidays) Extra bed (2 maximum): € 350 per bed / per week ( children only ) Swimming pool heating Jan 06-May 12, 2018 and Sep 22/,2018-Jan 05, 2019: €5 per hour (in order to reach the minimum water temperature of 25°C, it is necessary to turn on the heater 24 hours before the guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum necessary heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum 4 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature Cook service for lunch: € 200 per meal, plus cost of food Personal laundry service: € 16 per hour Butler service - € 250 / € 350 per day Transfer to / from airports Please note that the above mentioned extra services and respective rates are estimated and are subject to possible change without further notice.
