Detached house in fine location on the shores of Cruit Island, facing south, and overlooking a long tidal estuary. It is situated close to the causeway to Cruit Island, renowned for its exceptionally scenic 9-hole golf course (3 miles) between the fishing port of Burtonport with ferry trips to the surrounding islands and the village of Annagry (both 4 miles). Nearest shop, pub and restaurant all within a mile. Intriguing jagged coastline, beautiful and varied with many islands and inlets, lakes and archaeological remains. Well furnished and equipped house.  Ground floor hosts a sunroom with panoramic views of the shore that leads into an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room.  The cottage has oil fired central heating with additional stove/log fire.  Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer with a range of small kitchen appliances.  Living/dining room has Satellite TV/DVD/Wi-Fi.  There are two bathrooms both with electric showers and one downstairs W.C.  Three bedrooms, one king-size downstairs with en suite and stairs to one with a double and a single and one with a double and bathroom with W.C.  No smoking. 2 pets (maximum) welcome but extra cleaning charge will apply. Travel cot on request. Oil, electricity and gas included for normal usage (excess usage will be charged extra).  Wood/coal will be available but if used must be replenished. This property has an outside ramp and is wheelchair accessible (downstairs only).  Clients are responsible for removing their rubbish and recycling, which is all explained in the Welcome Book at the cottage.
