THE LOCATION
This is a standalone house located in the leafy, central locale of West Leederville known for its many cafes, eateries and family friendly parks. The house is also in very close proximity to St John of *** Subiaco, making it an ideal base for family and friends of hospital patients or visiting medical professionals.
Having a car is optional with frequent buses to the city a 1 minute walk away, and trains to the city, Fremantle and the airport a 5 minute walk away.
The house is located at the end of a laneway bordered by green shrubbery providing a tranquil approach to the home.
