Mas St Albert is part of an 18th century farm, facing south across a vast and spectacular private valley, planted with truffle oaks.
Nestled on 120 acres of land with lavender fields, truffle oaks and natural bush land, Mas St Albert is a traditional and beautiful old property, lovingly and very tastefully renovated.
Seemingly miles from anywhere with its wide-open spaces, tranquility and wildlife, this lovely stone house is equidistant between the market town of Apt and the medieval and exquisite town of Lourmarin with its galleries and restaurants.
It has a private entrance, driveway and parking as well as a private pool and terrace, both of which are private and unseen from the owner’s property.

We have just finished our week at the delightful Mas Cote Sud. This little place manages the nearly impossible, by being conveniently located near to markets, attractions and amenities, while giving the impression of being miles from anywhere and surrounded by beautiful and unspoiled countryside....More

The spacious living/dining area, like the rest of the property, is beautifully decorated to give and authentic Provencal feel. It’s equipped with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and chairs, as well as dining facilities for the six occupants. There’s also a small sitting room with TV and fireplace.
The open plan kitchen is generously equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
An interesting feature of this kitchen is the genuine bread oven, adding to the authentic atmosphere of the property.

Outside July and August discount is available for booking of 2 or more weeks

The private pool is open from 1 June to end of Sept
Winter heating is included in the cost of your holiday
Gas, electric, & water are all included in the rental cost.
The owner includes an end of stay clean in the price.
Bed and bathroom linen is provided by the owner, and has been included in the cost of your holiday.
In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
The owner requests a damage deposit of 1000 Euros (payable by credit card authorisation)and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
