There is also a table for 3 people here. LIVING ROOM The modern living room is fitted with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace and a TV. One of the sofas can extend to become a double sofa bed, sleeping 2 people. FIRST BEDROOM This cosy bedroom features a junior single bed, a wardrobe and a sofa which extends to sleep 2 extra people, if needed.The space is animated by natural light coming through the glass doors leading to the private garden. SECOND BEDROOM Located next to the first bedroom, this room offers a comfortable double bed with a view of the garden, a wardrobe and a large mirror. GARDEN The garden can be accessed from the first bedroom and features a large green space and a table for 4 people, perfect for meals al fresco on a warm day. Home Truths No smoking, pets and parties! Please note, this is a lower ground flat with access a few steps down from the street level. Should you need to sleep 7 people in total, you'd have to extend the sofa in the first bedroom, leaving little space between the 2 beds. A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.More
