Strategically placed roof lights flood the house with natural light and a large open plan living area offers a sociable space to relax and enjoy the far reaching views of this nature reserve, from this premier position at the head of Beaumont Lake.This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub's facilities (subject to prior booking and availability) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with free access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay. With 5 bedrooms, this is the largest plot on the estate which benefits from ample parking and large gardens that stretch to the waters' edge with a private jetty. This is the ideal holiday venue for all to enjoy. Ground Floor A spacious and bright entrance hall with a feature staircase is flooded with light from the atrium window on the first-floor landing. The spacious open plan living room benefits from floor to ceiling windows which provides a panoramic vista of Beaumont Lake and the nature reserve beyond. Equipped with a log burner and large L shaped settee, with a further dining table and seating for twelve there is ample family space complementing this well fitted kitchen - you'll have everything you need to cook a pizza or a banquet. For those wishing to relax and watch a film or keep up with the news and sport there is a separate TV room with L shaped settee, coffee table, fitted cupboard, wall mounted TV and with the dual aspect floor to ceiling slide away patio you can still enjoy the views and access the decking patio. On the ground floor you will also find a W/C and utility room. First Floor A stunning feature King sized bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room. Benefiting from triple aspect windows affording views across the lake and surrounding hillside. Three further king-size rooms and a single room with two further pull out single beds. There is also a family Bathroom/Shower Room on the first floor. Outside Occupying one of the largest plots in Beaumont village there is a large decking area serving all ground floor rooms from the slide away patio doors. Beyond the decking the gardens are lawned and stretch down to Beaumont Lake, where you can access lake swimming or use the private jetty for water sports such as canoeing or paddle boarding. We were very impressed with Sandpiper house - had rented it for all our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary So immaculate and well equipped .So many amenities on site and we only went out once to Lulworth cove We would highly recommend it...More
