The property sits in a neighborhood which is 10 minute walking distance from the lovely village where one will find five restaurants and pizzerias, cafes, three bakeries, news stand, nougaterie and ice cream shop, pharmacy, coiffure and whatever one would need. So one can literally walk every morning to the village for croissants and bread, have a coffee, pick up the newspaper and walk back to the property for breakfast.
