This charming Villa is just a short walk to the beach, where the sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean are amazing! You can relax or enjoy the many, close-by activities available. Villa Galtero is only a 35 minute drive from San Juan and you are also close to world-renown restaurants and golf courses. Note 5% guest services fee are not included in the Airbnb quote and owner requires guest agreement.

Great place
Villa Galtero in Dorado Beach is a great place to stay!! This is a within the Ritz Reserve, with hiking trails and great views.

Would return!
This was a great find! The Greens community is great and the Dorado beach resort is just so beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here and easy access to the Ritz hotel amenities. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, although the appliances are a bit outdated. We would gladly return again!

Perfect!
The villa is in a great location. You feel safe and secured with their 24-hour awesome security. The villa feels open and airy. Perfect Villa in a stunning location.

How to get there
Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.
If guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.
This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.
Owner can sponsor you for Dorado Beach Club Membership for additional fees. These amenities include the Encanto Beach Club, Fitness Center, Water Park and more!
NOTE THAT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE MEMBERSHIP OFFICE
FOR GUESTS WITH NO MEMBERSHIPS, YOU WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE BEACH, GOODWINDS WATERSPORTS, THE SPA AND YOUR COMMUNITY POOL AND TENNIS COURTS.
