Less than 100 m across the road, you can find a private beach to set up a beach picnic, or beach blanket while enjoying the view. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home overlooking a small town in Northern Victoria, 19 km from Kerang and 47 km from Swan Hill. Nearby Kerang Lakes, Kangaroo Lake, and Pioneer Settlement are just a few of the attractions in the area. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria escape here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you! Guests are also welcome to use the saltwater pool and the spa (both of which are communal amenities).
