An excellent apartment close to the town centre. Perfect size for a couple or family and spotlessly clean. The owners have done a good job making it a real home from home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Angie.

Beautiful apartment /flat with just about everything we needed for a self-catering weekend away. Just the right size for our family of 3. Perfect location for sightseeing in Lincoln and S Yorkshire with affordable price. Angela was great .

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located a ten minute walk away from the town centre where you will find plenty of restaurants, public houses and takeaways. There is a good variety of shops in the town centre and in Marshall's Yard a former engineering works transformed into an exciting place to shop and eat. Gainsborough has a lot of history and is home to the 'Old Hall' a medieval manor house which is well worth a visit. The historic city of Lincoln is only twenty miles away with good transport links.
Getting around
Lea Road train station is a ten minute walk away with direct routes to Lincoln, Sheffield, Doncaster and Retford for connections to London. A local Stagecoach bus service (100 route) connects Lincoln, Gainsborough and Scunthorpe with an hourly service during the day. By car there is easy access to the A1, M180, M18 and M1.
