Lovely spacious south facing villa with a peaceful mountain backdrop and distant views of the sea make for an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Set on a large secure plot with mature gardens,Tennis Court and large pool with pool alarm, it offers a quiet location yet only 10 minutes from the town of El Campello with it's long sandy beaches and pedestrianised sea front full of Bars,Restaurants, Cafe's and shops. A large covered terrace excellent for Al fresco dining overlooks the pool and in the evenings you can watch the glorious sunsets over the mountains. Situated near the village of Busot, where you can find local shops, bars, and the famous Caves de Canelobre. Definately worth a visit and the views from the Caves are stunning. Smoking is allowed outside, not in the villa. The Barbecue is there for your use, please clean after use, otherwise a charge of £30 will be deducted from your security deposit. We ask you to please take care around the pool and to watch children at all times as there are no rails or fencing around the pool. Please leave the villa clean & tidy. In the unlikely event we have to do excessive cleaning you will be charged. Please do not leave the Air Conditioning on in the rooms.

Wonderful villa

A beautiful villa with plenty of space for our party of 9 adults and 2 teenagers. The largest private pool in the area and the tennis court kept everyone busy, the veranda provides ample shade during the day and comfort in the evening to watch...More
