Joiner's Cottage is a lovely home from home, with a multi-fuel stove in the living room (all coal included), which also heats upstairs radiators, and downstairs electric heaters. The house is roomy, with plenty of space to spread out in, with contemporary suite and dining kitchen with granite worktops. There is a downstairs utility/shower room, and upstairs are three bedrooms, a dble, and two twins, along with a family bathroom. Outside, a charming flagged (enclosed) patio is south-facing, with garden furniture, so you can sit in the sun and relax. So glad you loved the cottage, owners try their best to keep it as near perfection as they can. Swaledale is so pretty, and Thwaite lovely (very quiet).

Glad the cottage lived up to expectations and was up to standards expected. Swaledale is the most beautiful place in the world, although we're not biased!

About the neighbourhood
Swaledale is the most northerly, and most beautiful, of the Yorkshire Dales. The landscape is really lovely, perfect for walking and cycling, and there are lots of little local villages and towns to explore.
Getting around
A car is easiest for exploring, although there is a local bus service up the dale.
