A ground floor apartment in popular Los Naranjos de Marbella, located near the famous Puerto Banus marina and the beach. The apartment is newly renovated and all the furnitures are recently bought. This apartment have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a built in heat and air conditioning system, WiFi, TV with plenty of UK and Scandinavian channels, xbox etc. Los Naranjos de Marbella is a gated community with beautiful gardens and fountains. There are no less than eight pools here and the closest one is only 20 meters away. Here you will also find, just a few minutes walk from the apartment, a grocery store, several restaurants and paddle tennis court. We do not wish to rent out the apartment to big groups who are there just to party. Great apartment and location

excellent apartment in great complex with excellent amenities. Prime location for exploring the local area. Very clean and spacious apartment. Great host and yhr communication was quick and easy
