We are around if you need any help or advice. As there are horses and stables on site we encourage our guests to make themselves at home and see the horses if they wish. However if guests want peace and quiet and privacy we also respect that. Broomfield Cottage is very relaxed and friendly and you will be welcomed by a warm Yorkshire welcome

Really enjoyed our weekend break with our 2 dogs. Sam was on hand if we needed anything or for any recommendations. Lovely walks and the village pubs and shops were friendly and quaint. Like a step back in time :)

Have just spent the weekend where with my husband and our yorkie. We where so impressed by the cottage it has a lovely homely feel and is modern yet still cosy with a proper log burning fire. Can't wait to return here !

Railway: Denby Dale: 1.0 km
Sometimes the Sat Nav takes you to the wrong end of Bank Lane which is in Denby Dale. It is very important that you go to Bank Lane in UPPER DENBY. If you put Smithy Hill Upper Denby into the sat nav it will take you onto the correct Bank Lane. Go to the very end of the Lane and you will see the sign for the cottage. Drive down the long drive and the cottage will be directly in font of you
