The house is situated in over half an acre of land, has a front garden and an orchard, the lilacs and the cherry tree are particularly lovely in the spring, this is a place where you can really relax and appreciate the countryside. The house was totally renovated in 2008, the ground floor is open plan and tiled throughout. It has a downstairs toilet.

There is direct access from the house to the garage and laundry room, convenient for rainy days.

The property is gated. From the house you can walk, cycle for miles in the lovely countryside (bikes can be stored in the garage).

The house is spacious and well equipped. Very close to decent roads to explore the area and visit the many beaches nearby. There is a huge outdoor space too. The welcome pack (bread, butter, milk etc) was nice touch. Recommended.

Open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Diner area with corner sofa, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a double wardrobe. The twin bedroom has a double chest of drawers, the double has a chest of drawers. Downstairs there is a spare store room with bookcase (books & games), washing machine & tumble dryer are situated in the laundry room/garage accessible via the house. There is a downstairs toilet.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and toilet.

Electricity is only included in Mid and High Season. In low season electricity will be charged at a cost after the first 50 day units per week.

About the neighbourhood
The lake in Jugon offers many water-sports activities, such as sailing, windsurfing, canoeing (you may even bring your own canoe - can be stored in the garage). There is horse riding within 10 minutes drive from the property (in Plelan le Petit). Various music festivals take place during the summer months, such as the Festiliacs in Jugon.

The campsite 'le camping du bocage' by the lake you will find a swimming pool opened to the public during the summer months. There is also a tennis court, mountain bike hiring is also available.

Hire car companies are situated at the ferry terminal and airports. Lamballe train station is 15 minutes drive from the property.
