Kefalonian Blue Villa is a beautiful newly-built property. The delightful villa is set within large private landscaped gardens, with extensive traditional hand made stone paved patio areas, all surrounding the very inviting private ECO swimming pool.
Kefalonian Blue is privately owned and family friendly. The decor and finishes throughout are to a very high standard, with contemporary influences blending alongside more traditional features.
The property is on two floors, with the ground floor comprising a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, fully equipped with washing machine, oven, fridge and kitchenware. The living area houses a satellite TV, Nintendo Wii and a large seating area. Patio doors, complete with mosquito nets, lead out onto the extensive patios and the ground floor...
