Hier handelt es sich um reinste Abzocke. Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen zustand. Dreckig, kaputt. Auf Gäste wurden gemobbt und hauptsächlich Frauen werden beschimpft. Meine beste Empfehlung lautet Finger weg. Kaution wird verlangt und bei Abreise gedroht man muss alles putzen, sonst bekommt man diese nicht zurück. Entweder gar nicht einchecken, oder sich durchsetzen. Der jüngere Mann war gleich weg und der Ältere probiert nur was man sich gefallen lässt. Hier empfehle ich hartnäckig zu bleiben. Polizei hilft auch nicht, falls keine physische Auseinandersetzung stattfindet.

Andere Gäste haben uns von einem Haus (Villas Aurelia) erzählt in Barat südlich von Visnjan. Sie haben das Haus gebucht und trotzdem wurde ihnen gesagt, es wird renoviert, sie müssen nach Nova Vas in Brcici in diese Unterkunft.
