Lovely first floor (USA second floor) fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment offering spectacular views over the Gulf of Argolida. The apartment has 2 single and 1 double beds but there is also a sofa bed in the living area for a fifth person should this be required. Doors from the living room and master bedroom open onto a very large private balcony with outdoor table and chairs. From here there are magnificent uninterrupted views over the beach and sea where guests can watch the magnificent sunrise each morning or relax in the evening watching the moon rise during the summer months.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities . The living room has comfortable chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD player, books and magazines. There are 2 toilet rooms in the apartme...

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before arrival so we ask guests to leave the apartment in a tidy condition on departure. Smoking is allowed in the garden but not in the apartment. Children should be supervised at all times if the BBQ is in use and extra care should be taken on the stairs in wet weather. Please be aware that durimg the afternoon Greek families have a quiet siesta time. We rely on the goodwill of our guests to observe this between the hour of 2 and 4pm.

About the neighbourhood
The picturesque village of Xiropigado is within walking distance and here there is a variety of small shops and seafront retaurants serving varied menus including traditional food and wines. It is an ideal base for exploring other places of interest including the beautiful old town of Nafplio, just across the bay or the ancient sites of Mycenae and the ancient theatre of Epidavros. You can also take drives through the Peloponnese with magnificent mountain scenery and views.
Getting around
There is a limited bus service to Xiropigado and to appreciate the area fully it is advisable to have some form of transport. Most guests hire a car at the airport. However bus services from Athens to the main towns and cities are reliable and the roads across the Peloponnese to Xiropigado are well maintained. Bicycles can be hired for the youthful and fit.
