This gorgeous 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment is ideal for couples, golfers and families and has everything you need for a relaxing break in this beautiful un-spoilt part of the Costa del sol. Relax on the massive 80 M south/ southwest facing penthouse and enjoy stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, tropical gardens and mountains. It's less than 15 minutes walk to the beach, 300 metres from the nearest restaurant and bar, 10 minutes to Estepona and 30 minutes to Marbella by car. There are ample bars and restaurants, with Brasserie De Arturo (where you are welcomed by two talkative parrots!) and Bahia de Casares a short 500 and 700 Metre stroll, or for a more luxurious experience the 5 star Finca Courtesin hotel is less than 800 Metres away and has 4 highly regarded restaurants, one Mic...This gorgeous 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment is ideal for couples, golfers and families and has everything you need for a relaxing break in this beautiful un-spoilt part of the Costa del sol. Relax on the lower terrace which is ideal for breakfast and watching the beautiful sunrises, or chill on the massive penthouse with more stunning views from sunrise to sunset, the perfect place for sundowners! There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a shower room, kitchen and lounge/ dining room. There is hot and cold air conditioning and free fibre optic WIFI . The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard, with brand new beds and leather sofas, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle & toaster and we can provide a high chair and travel cot on request. The master bedroom is set up as a super-king bed option or it can be split into two single beds, there is an en-suite with a bath and shower. The 2nd bedroom is set up as two single beds but again can be joined to make a super-king bed, there is ample bedding provided for both options. There is a further toilet with a walk in shower. The spacious lounge & dining area, is equipped with a 50 inch Smart TV, with all major UK TV channels, along with Spanish, French and German TV, there is DVD player and blue tooth speaker. On the Penthouse there is a Dining table for 6, four sun loungers.. . Set in lush manicured gardens (no need to buy limes, just pick one!) The complex is gated with key fob access and 24 hour security and has two easily accessible adult swimming pools and one kids, with grass parasols and ample sun-beds. A pleasant 15 minute walk takes you the ‘Torre de la Sal’ blue Flag beach with two Chiringutos and a further 10 minutes walk takes you to the traditional Spanish Town of Sabinillas, with a wide choice of restaurants, play areas and bars. Carry along the beach Paseo for another ten minutes to the picturesque Port of Duquesa, for every kind of dining. If you don’t want to walk there are many beautiful locations nearby very easily accessible by car and bus (the main bus route from Estepona to Gibralter is a 10 minute stroll). Estepona is 10 minutes drive to the east whilst, San Luis De sabinillas and Port De La Duquesa are 5 minutes to the west and the stunning Sotogrande port a further 15 minutes. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibralter are all within a 30 minute drive. If it’s a Golf break you’re after you have countless courses nearby including the world famous Finca Courtesin (home of the Volvo Masters), Casares Costa Golf and Dona Julia (see additional information below) . There is underground parking, with lift access to the garden level and then a short staircase leads to the Apartment. For shopping you have a wide variety in Estepona and the famous Laguna Village is 20 minutes away, for premium brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton Puerto Banus is a 25 minutes drive. This place was an ideal base to explore the area of western costa del sol ... the beach is a nice walk away and there were lots of choices of bars and restaurants along the promenade. The pools were great and no issue with sun...More

Theme Parks- 20 km from Selwo Aventura Safari and, 73 km from Parque Acuatico in Mijas Costa, 80 km from Tivoli World amusement park in Benalmadena, 44 km from Bahia Park Algeciras Supermarkets- for day to day supplies there is a mini-market with fresh baked bread, wine, water, beers etc just 800 metres away and also within walking distance Sabinillas has a couple of larger supermarkets. (there are shopping wheelie bags in the apartment for you to use) For a general shop visit one of the major supermarkets 2.5 km from Lidl supermarket, that 6 km from Aldi, 4km from Mercadona.
Getting around
A Car is not needed if you don't mind a short walk to the beach and bars etc. The bus stop is 10 minutes away which is the main route between Estepona and Gibralter. If you want to travel further afield a car will be an advantage, car hire for a week is cheaper than getting Taxi's to and from the Airports.
