Home on a hill with sweeping views of Liscannor Bay out the large windows from the Living room, kitchen, and front bedrooms. Private, quiet home in an agricultural setting. The home is walking distance to the Cliffs of Moher at the lesser-traveled end of the cliffs and to Clahane (rocky beach in Liscannor Bay). The views are spectacular from the house and in nice weather, the patio which is accessed from the kitchen through a glass slider is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a drink and take in the view. The surrounding countryside is agricultural land, so nights are quiet and the breeze off the ocean is refreshing. A car is the best way to get to the house and surrounding sights. The landscape is very open and there are few roads, so it is difficult to get lost. The roads are narrow and the house is on a hill with a steep turn, so drivers should take care when coming to the property and stay alert for other drivers. The house can be accessed from the upper road (by turning at St. Brigid's well) if one wants to avoid coming up the hill. Central oil heating. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers. 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc) Room information: Four Bedroom House – Sleeps 8 Bedroom 1: King bed, ground floor Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, ground floor Bedroom 3: Double bed, ground floor Bedroom 4: Double bed, ground floor Bathroom 1: Family bathroom, ground floor, toilet, sink and shower. Bathroom 2: Entryway toilet and sink only. Useful information: Check in from 4pm Check-out at 10am There are late check out and check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure. Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies. All children are welcome. Please note that we do not provide baby cots or highchairs at the property. Guests are welcome to bring their own. If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection. Important notes for all our properties: Free internet access is available, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by service providers. Compensation cannot be given for lack of TV or internet. We do not provide firewood / logs. Children and babies are welcome, but our properties are not childproof. We do not provide safety equipment like stair gates or cupboard locks. Adult supervision is essential for child safety as children do not understand danger. Toiletries are not provided for ecological reasons. Please bring your own to reduce plastic waste. Some properties allow pets, but they must not go on furniture or in bedrooms. Pet traces must be removed from the premises. Additional cleaning charges may apply for pet stays if necessary, or excessive messiness
