The Tal-Bniet Farmhouse Villa is situated in the tranquil village of Nadur, in the heart of Gozo.
The rustic property welcomes guests into a spacious open living and dining area (with LED TV) together with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for the entire group or family to relax and spend time together. Adjacent to the living area, the 150m2 property features a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a deck area with BBQ and lounge deck chairs.
The holiday villa can host up to 8 persons in three separate bedrooms. Two additional foldable beds can be added for a group of 10 persons. All bedrooms are large and bright, equipped with ceiling fans and insect screens to offer a comfortable stay.

There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms but it is paid separately based on 'pay-per-use' consumption.
Note: As of 1st June 2016 all accommodation on the Maltese islands are required by law to collect Environment Contribution i.e Tourist Tax at €0.50 per adult (18 years +) per night, capped at €5 (maximum). This contribution is not included in the rental rate and has to be settled on arrival in cash. About the neighbourhood
The quaint village of Nadur is situated in the Eastern part of Gozo, just a few kilometres away from the Mgarr Ferry Terminal. It is an interesting traditional village, enjoying fabulous views over the land and the sea. One of the main attractions in Nadur itself is the baroque Parish Church which is considered one of Gozo's best pieces of baroque architecture.
