It is a spacious and modern house, tastefully furnished with unique sea views from almost everywhere you stand. This ideally located house offers a a nice patch of grass and flower beds in front, equipped with sun beds and a private shaded gazebo. Also, guests have access to a shared play ground on the lawn covered terrace and BBQ facilities. Furthermore various children’s toys are available at the house for our young guests! To make things even better, 3 bicycles (2 large & 1 child) are provided, so you can enjoy family bike rides in Panormo harbour and village! (Please let us know in advance if you would require them.) Additionally, the apartment complex has a shared, 20X7 m swimming pool 1.4 meters deep, with a shallow 3X4 m compartment 0.4 meters deep, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Not to mention the fantastic sea view of course! The area is really peaceful and also a great base to explore the island! This is a truly wonderful accommodation in an unspoilt area on Crete, only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful village of Panormos and it’s amazing sandy beach. In Panormos you can find all the facilities and amenities one would need - well-stocked mini-markets, a separate butcher's shop and bakery, various gift shops and traditional seaside shops and some excellent tavernas overlooking the harbour which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food as well as international dishes. The house and indeed the whole complex, is giving the taste of safe and secure, which give you some very welcome peace of mind. The complex it is situated beside Grecotel Creta Marine five star hotel, where, with a few steps, you could benefit from its five star services such us spa, massage, diving courses, scuba diving etc! Property Notes: - Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner. - Quality towels, pool towels, linens, covers and blankets provided. - Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week. - Pool and garden cleaning twice per week. - Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room is provided. - Baby cot and high chair available upon request. - Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the house and in the garden. - All in-house electronics are available, including cable TV, DVD player, french coffee maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, electrical stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and iron board. - Free Parking space outside the property. - A first aid kit and a safe are also available. - 24h/7days ThinkVilla concierge service included. - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Kindly note, that due to the unprecedented circumstances, we wish to inform you that as per the Greek “Health First”, enforced protocols to ensure social distancing, the pool facilities will not be able to operate for 2020 season. As you may appreciate the pool is a shared facility ( not private) therefore we cannot ensure social distancing within the pool area, and due to this we have decided to not operate the pool for 2020. About the neighbourhood
Lili Apartment is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds, umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops.

Guests can get to the whole island with the local bus, which has frequent, daily rides, to all major cities and locations. There is a convenient public bus service, the bus stop is 200 meters form the apartment. Access to and from Rethymnon is also possible by taxi and rented car.
