Situated at the same level as the pool and the lush gardens, the ground floor is a spacious open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area, elegantly furnished with a sofa bed, large dining table, flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. The villa can accommodate up to five people, four in the bedrooms plys baby cot and one on a sofa bed in a wall recess of the living room.The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove, electric and microwave ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking/dining necessities. The master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and another with twin beds, are located on the upper floor. They both have spacious covered balconies furnished with table and chairs. The sea view from the bedrooms and balconies is good and unobstructed. There is a safe in the master bedroom. Exterior Description The large private pool 8X4 is located in front of the house. Lush gardens, outstanding sea views, a marble deck with sun beds and a wooden pergola take pride of the place.
