This spacious detached cottage is 2mins walk from Tullagh Beach on the grounds of Donegal Staycations see our web site for things to do in the area. The cottage is well-furnished, offering plenty of space, and is an excellent base for a group of family or friends to get together. A great spot to relax and unwind for a week. The area is a great location to base yourself to explore all of what Inishowen and the Wild Atlantic Way has to Offer. The famous Rusty Nail Pub is within walking distance. The famous Ballyliffin golf course is just a 10min drive. Take time out and feel Refreshed and Revived from a staycation at the beach in this beautiful cottage. The cottage is in a rural location in the countryside. We ask that you are respectful of the neighbors and that outside noise is reduced after 10pm. The cottage is not suitable for events such as hen parties, stag parties or young groups of friends getting together for a social holiday.

Perfect for larger Groups

Great house for a large group looking to explore this beautiful area of Donegal. 15 of us stayed (mixture of adults and kids) and it had everything we needed. The house is two minutes walk to the most amazing beach, we were lucky to see dolphins swim right into the bay! The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space, Wi-Fi to keep the kids happy and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen were all provided although there was a washer and dryer which was great after a day on the beach. Four out of five bedrooms were en-suite which was perfect for our large group. The host Catherine was lovely and at hand for anything we needed. A perfect base to explore this area, with some fantastic beauty spots a short drive away. We explored Malin Head, Glenevin Waterfall and Doagh Famine Village which I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The Rusty Nail, a lovely quaint pub is within walking distance to the house and is definitely worth a visit for a good pint, good food and lovely bar staff.
