An ideal holiday home only a few yards from the water's edge in an elevated position in the attractive sailing village of Kippford. The cottage is the upper part of a traditional over and under cottage with a lovely sun trap garden to the rear which has views to the river over the cottage, there is level access to the cottage by the bridge from the garden, note that there are one or two steps on the path from the roadside parking through the garden. The cottage apartment is spacious and has superb views especially from the living room bay window over the River Urr to the hills of Bengairn and Screel. Country walks are on the door step with the Jubilee Path leading over National Trust for Scotland land to Rockcliffe, with its sandy beach just over one mile away.
