The apartment in on the ground floor and is very well equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a dressing area as well as bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is almost as spacious and could take an extra bed or cot if required. The apartment has been interior designed, has marble floors, a terrace with loungers and outdoor table and chairs for six. The landscaping is maturing well and the views from the swimming pool area are stunning too.
We have recently added fibre optic wifi and a new smart tv so getting your favourite programmes should not be a problem.
We have recently partly redecorated and had all the floor polished.

We have a local managing agent who will meet and greet you, providing your arrival is during 'social' hours.
The property is registered with the local authority officially for renting.
The kitchen is modern, and well equipped and there is a utility room off the kitchen. The apartment has been designed for comfort and relaxation. The furniture is attractive and in the lounge there is a leather suite, as well as good size tv and dvd player. There is a library of dvd's as well as books (we keep adding to these each time we visit) There are security grilles as well as shutters on the sliding doors. There is a vast amount of wardrobe space. Although there is a new Smart TV, in order to get multiple channels we have recently trialled renting a dongle from Wifivox (7 Euros a day) which gives unlimited wifi access and which can be linked to the tv.

A few minutes drive from Sabillinas, twenty minutes to Estepona, twenty minutes to Sotogrande and a little further on to the tax free haven of Gibralter.
How to get there
Airport: Gibraltar or Malaga: 50.0 km
Fly to Gibraltar (25 minutes by car) or Malaga (approx. 1 hour), using Monarch or Easyjet. Lots of cheap flights available year round. We can arrange car hire, if required or can arrange for you to be collected and taken to the apartment.
