A Modern French property on the edge of the village of Puivert and only 200 mts away from the Swimming Lake with its own dedicated guest garden and set in 2000 sq mts of grounds. The property has all the facilities that you would expect in any modern accommodation, but still quite traditional. Enjoy the views of the fields and mountains from the bedrooms and guest garden. The orcard can be enjoyed but is shared with the owners. Take breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the views be it the fields and mountains or that of Puivert Chateau. About the neighbourhood
The village of Puivert has an excellent boulangerie together with a mini- supermarket offering everything that you may require. There is also a café, tabac, restaurant and post office. In July and August Puivert hosts a regular Wednesday evening market. The market is where locals sell their produce, it is also where you can enjoy locally produced and cooked food and eat with the locals in the beautiful summer evening sun. Just further a field, is the local village of Chalabre which has its own regular market, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, chemists, bars, doctors and petrol station. Other local towns include Quillan, Espereza, Miropoix and Lavalanet all offering a full range of services.
