Cottage -
2 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms , Sleeps 4
Castle Acre, King's Lynn, Norfolk, East Anglia, England
The beautifully restored cottage is a Grade II listed 18th Century building of brick and flint is in the centre of the village. It's set well back from the road with a good-sized front garden and a lime shaded, south facing terrace at the back with views over the Nar valley. Great for families or couples with plenty to do close by and perfectly situated for exploring West Norfolk.

On the Peddar's Way, ancient Castle Acre is a conserved Norfolk village with the remains of a Clunaic Priory, the ruins of an 11th Century castle and a 15th Century church. There is a playing field with children's play area and skate park. The shallow river Nar is a few minutes walk from the village.

It is an excellent base for walking or cycling holidays (cycles can be brought inside if required) and there is plenty to see and do in the area.
