Lifeboat View is a modern town house offering extensive accommodation. The property is situated on the the beach & enjoys excellent sea views, particularly from the balcony. The house is light & airy & has accommodation arranged on three floors. This includes a ground floor self - contained apartment which has a kitchenette including an electric hob and microwave with grill and oven. It also has the usual crockery etc. The ground floor has a twin bedroom, double bed & a (double) sofa bed, along with a shower room. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, double oven and microwave and it has a dining area off it, along with a large south facing sitting room, with seating for 10 people.
