We offer a shuttle service on request at an extra fee. Parking is free of charge, for public use, on the white boxes in the streets surrounding the property. This stunning penthouse is located in a new building block of apartments served with lift. It is very airy, with clean cut decor to further illuminate the space. It comprises of a kitchen/living/dining leading to a spacious terrace with outdoor seating area, ideally for fresco dinners and breath taking city views including side seaviews. It is decked out in neutral tones which reflect the modern feel of the property. This contemporary touch is also felt through the sleek and elegant furniture with minimal finishing touches. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher too, for easy preparation of home cooked meals. Furthermore, the property consists of 2 bedrooms, both set at the back of the building to ensure a good night's sleep. The bedrooms are comprised of a double bedroom, with a comfy large bed, and a twin bedroom, where two single beds adorn the space. The bedrooms offer a quiet haven for an ideal night of rest after adventuring around the island. The penthouse comes complete with a spacious family bathrooms with shower cubicle. The property comes complete with air conditioning in each bedroom and even in the kitchen and living area . Wifi and cable tv are supplied on complementary basis. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​ Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

About the neighbourhood
The neighborhood is very central, the apartment is close to all amenities. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the seafront promenade having a fantastic central location for shopping, is at walking distance from lovely rocky beaches and lido's along the seafront. The nightlife is predominant in Paceville and all along the seafront promenade which boasts plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a large variety of restaurants catering for every taste.
