The property is also located within a few minutes walk of the University Of Malta at Tal-Qroqq, as well as Mater Dei Hospital, the island's main health centre. We offer a shuttle service on request at an extra fee. Parking is free of charge, for public use, on the white boxes in the streets surrounding the apartment. The apartment is located in a new building block of apartments served with lift. This 110sqm apartment is very bright and airy, with clean cut decor to further illuminate the space. It comprises of a kitchen/living/dining leading to a balcony with side seaviews. It is decked out in neutral tones which reflect the modern feel of the apartment. This contemporary touch is also felt through the sleek and elegant furniture with minimal finishing touches. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher too, for easy preparation of home cooked meals. Furthermore, the property consists of 3 bedrooms comprising of a double bedroom, with a comfy large bed, and two twin bedrooms, where two single beds adorn the space. The bedrooms offer a quiet haven for an ideal night of rest after adventuring around the island. The apartment comes complete with 2 family bathrooms both with shower cubicle. The apartment comes complete with air conditioning in each bedroom and even in the kitchen and living area . Wifi and cable tv are supplied on complementary basis. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​ Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the property. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

About the neighbourhood
The neighborhood is very central, the apartment is close to all amenities. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the seafront promenade having a fantastic central location for shopping, is at walking distance from lovely rocky beaches and lido's along the seafront. The nightlife is predominant in Paceville and all along the seafront promenade which boasts plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a large variety of restaurants catering for every taste.
Getting around
The apartment is in a very safe and sought after area, ideal for any kind of traveller. All amenities are found round the corner, grocer, pharmacy, and cafes. 10 minutes walk away, you are in the centre of Malta's shopping district. It is an area extremely well served with public transport.
