Situated in the centre of this former fishing village,this terraced cottage is just a few steps from the quayside,shops,pubs,art galleries and restaurants. Beach lovers can take a slightly longer drive to Croyde beach,or head in the other direction to the golden sands of Westward Ho!’s beach,here are typical seaside attractions as well as the Royal Devon Golf Club,just a short drive away. Instow is a quick car ride,or in season there is a passenger ferry that can take you across the estuary to the sand dunes and restaurants over the water. The steep cobbled streets of Clovelly are well worth a visit and the nearby family attractions include The Big Sheep,Arlington Court,Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way. This is a traditional cottage,yet it is furnished and decorated in a contemporary... Stepping into the property you enter into a hallway with coat hooks and space to place walking boots,then its directly into the lounge with Smart TV and wood burner effect gas fire making this a great spot to relax on those cooler evenings. Walking through to the kitchen/diner with wood burner,this area is well-equipped with all you need to cook up a feast or just a light snack,with an electric oven and gas hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a table and seating for four people,perfect to enjoy a meal together. Heading upstairs to the first floor,there are two bedrooms a king-size and a double,and completing this property is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside to the rear is a small courtyard with seating. There is roadside parking nearby subject to availability or alternatively a public pay and display car park close by. More
