Villa Las Tres Rosas was once owned by the famous Spanish 'Copla' singer and actress Marife de Triana who is still recognised as a daughter of Benalmadena by a nearby plaque.

The villa is ideally situated close to all amenities including a supermarket (walking distance), and conveniently placed near the main bus routes for those who prefer not to drive. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and the centre of Arroyo de la Miel is also within walking distance.

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable 200 euro security deposit is also required with the final balance. This will be returned within 7 days of departure after a final inspection by our local agents.

About the neighbourhood
Arroyo de la Miel is a beautiful and well maintained town and has much to offer. The main street is a wonderful mix of colourful plants and trees with a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the essential banks, small shops, and supermarkets. You will be struck by the cleanliness wherever you go, the local ayuntamiento takes great pride in its town and encourages visitors to return year after year. The seafront stretches for many kilometres with a host of restaurants offering freshly caught fish and the beaches are clean, sandy and never too crowded.

How to get there
Airport: Malaga: 7.0 km
Benalmadena is approximately 15 minutes from Malaga airport which receives regular flights from most UK airports using low cost carriers. There is also a train station next to the airport which goes as far as Arroyo de la Miel town centre. Train fares in Spain are extremely cheap. From Arroyo station the villa is a short 3 minute journey by taxi or about 15 minutes on foot. A taxi direct from the airport will cost approximately 30-35 euro.

There are numerous car hire firms based at the airport. Whoever you choose we do recommend taking the full insurance damage waiver.
