The attached games room will entertain and delight the whole family. ACCOMMODATION Villa Charma is equipped to the high standards you would expect of a quality holiday home and offers every amenity necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience. The house is set on a hillside and so the property entrance is at street level with steps leading down to the first level and the front door. The front courtyard area features lush Mediterranean plants, a pond with fountain as well as a small herb garden that guests are welcome to use. First Floor The front door leads into an attractive air-conditioned living/dining area. The communal area is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa and arm chair, a extendable dining table seating 6/10 guests and a cosy fire place for those cooler out of season evenings. A balcony attached to this room offers a table and two chairs, a sunbed and very pleasant views over the surrounding hills. To the right side of the living space is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with large island / breakfast bar with 4 barstools, fridge freezer, 4-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a family self-catering holiday. There are stairs leading to a superb master suite with walk-through wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with separate WC. There is also a separate guest toilet close to the living area. Ground Floor The ground floor offers an additional living room with large sofa bed, a Piano and TV with satellite and Xbox. This room can also be made into additional sleeping accommodation for an extra 2 guests. This room has an air-conditioning unit that can be used to cool the whole ground floor. Attached to this living room is a bedroom with bunk beds and space for an additional bed. Up a few steps from the living room is a further double bedroom and a large family bathroom complete with a delightful Jacuzzi and separate shower. BEDROOMS Villa Charma can sleep up to 9 in 3 Bedrooms and an additional living room as follows; Bedroom 1 – First floor – Double bed, wardrobe and en-suite Bedroom 2- Ground Floor – Double bed with wardrobe Bedroom 3 – Ground Floor – Bunk bed, single bed, walk in wardrobe. 2nd Living room – Comfortable double sofa bed. Bathrooms Bathroom 1 – First Floor – En-suite to Bedroom 1 with large shower, washbasin and separate WC. Bathroom 2 – Ground Floor – Large Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. Bathroom 3 – Guest toilet with washbasin located by the 1st living room. There is also a shower room with toilet in the entertainment area. OUTSIDE SPACES Villa Charma has the perfect outside space for enjoying a fantastic family holiday in the Mediterranean sun. The wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional fee) and is surrounded by attractive wooden decking with sun bathing areas either side. Guests can enjoy panoramic vistas across the hills of the Garraf Natural Park. The outside entertaining spaces of Villa Charma have been perfectly deigned for enjoying the fantastic Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle experience while on your holiday with outdoor kitchen, bar and dining terrace all located a few steps from the pool area. There is shade from the hot afternoon sun in the games room by the bar area where guests can enjoy a game of pool or darts. There is a conveniently located shower and bathroom serving the outside area. To the left of the pool area is an additional large terrace offering more space in which to sunbath and relax. OTHER INFORMATION There are three A/C units; one in the living on the first floor, one in the master suite on the first floor and one in the 2nd living room that also cools the ground floor. The villa borders the world-famous Penedes Cava producing area and there are unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, hiking, tennis and numerous water sports, right on the doorstep.

There is a local bus service but it only runs twice a day - a car is essential for staying at Villa Charma
