Featuring a garden, an outdoor heated pool and view on a nearby vineyard, The Villa Meadow is located in Županići, small charming village in Istria. The popular Girandella beach in Rabac and historic town center of Labin are within 12 km and 8 km of the villa. Free WiFi and parking for guests is provided.
The newly-built villa set on 2.400 m2 of land features a pool surrounded by sun loungers and two patios for enjoyment in sun throughout the day. Patios overlook the private pool and offer chance to barbecue. Villa features a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning in the living room. Great new Villa in small village near old town Labin
Villa has a great location, has a beautiful view from patio on wineyard, garden and pool. We had really nice time,it is great place for familes looking for privacy. We'll visit again!

Amazing vacation house for a family
We loved the pool and house surroundings the most. Our kids were playing in the pool while we were enjoying the view from the patio or making dinner on the barbecue. We really had a wonderful time and plan to visit again!

Great place for quite holiday
Beautiful new villa, peaceful place for familie with kids. You have walking trails near villa, and beaches are very close (10 minutes) if you have car. The person who welcome us was really frendly.
