A beautifully appointed ground floor apartment, with detached beach hut-style suite and decked courtyard garden situated directly opposite to the beach in the centre of the exclusive holiday resort.

There is an enclosed porch which leads to a large reception hall; from here leads the spacious sitting room with comfortatable seating, large TV/DVD, sea views and a wood burning stove. There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worksurfaces, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge plus a dining area, which overlooks the beach. A separate utility room has a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
