The Rates are as followed : AUD $160/night AUD $975/week The Rates at the end of the year, 16 December - 23 December 2015 = 200/night 24 December 2015 - 05 January 2016 = 225/night Minimum stay 1 week I have flexible Check In/out Time, but please ask for availability and also I lend opal cards with balance and return the card and reimburse the usage when check out. Excellent vacation rental

My family and I stayed two weeks in this apartment. Wati is a hospitable host. She makes sure that you know to contact her for any need. I even texted her about a malfunctioning electric water kettle, and she came a mere 10 minutes after...More

Good location for Sydney

Spent three weeks here, covered all the bases. Very clean, was ideal for a base. WiFi was poor but we managed . Location good for transit into Sydney and the coast.
