Cottage -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 4
Burgh le Marsh, Skegness, Lincolnshire, England
Situated in the parish of Croft only 5 miles from Skegness, the Old Post House is ideally located for a classic seaside holiday or a countryside retreat, or a combination of both.

Recently renovated from a 19th century ruin, the cottage is tastefully furnished whilst retaining many features such as a wood burning stove.

With a double master bedroom and 'kids size' twin bedroom, the property offers compact but thoughtfully design accommodation for couples or families with young children. (Please note that the twin bedroom is only suitable size for children due to a sloping roof.)

Twin Japanese soaking bath in bathroom (omnitub).

An enclosed decked patio leads from the kitchen and includes modern garden furniture.

Interaction with guests
We greet all guests & introduce you to the property with a welcome gift as well as going through the logistics of heating and waste etc. We live next door and leave our guests to enjoy their holiday but are happy to help with any queries during their stay & ask them to just knock on our door if we can help or if any problems occur. The only exception to this is when we are on holiday ourselves where we will arrange for a relative to greet guests (or arrange key collection with individual guests). Usually, there is a relative staying in our house or nearby to offer assistance and we are still available by phone.
