Excellent stay at the barn, everything you could possibly need. Stayed with a group of friends and it was great. The welcome pack was a lovely touch thank you. We would definitely stay here again if I’m the area. Lovely pool and hot tub.

Sorry we do not provide bath towels at this property.
PLEASE NOTE there is an additional charge for the use of the hot tub (£30 for weekends & £50 for midweeks and week bookings)
We charge £25 per dog p.w and £20 per dog for short breaks (max 2) During Dec the barn will be decorated for the festive period making it ideal for families and groups wishing to celebrate christmas earlier.
Christmas and New Year the barn will have a christmas tree, decorations and luxury food hamper.

Skegness is a busy seaside resort 5 miles away that has all the expected attractions for holiday makers. From donkey rides on the beach to white knuckle rides at the fair ground. You will find quiet stretches of beach only a short drive away.
Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve - an area of some 430 hectares comprising of sandy and muddy seashores, sand-dunes, saltmarshes and freshwater habitats extending for a distance of 3 miles along the Lincolnshire coast, from the southern end of Skegness to the entrance of The Wash.
Burgh Le Marsh is a thriving little market town about 2 miles having a variety of pubs, shops, excellent butcher, baker, fishmonger (locally caught) and farm shop. There is also a working windmill and restaurant.

From the south - take the A46 northern ring road around Lincoln.Turn left onto the A158 to Skegness. Keep following signs to Skegness. After travelling through the village of Candlesby take the next right turn before Gunby Hall roundabout sign posted Bratoft and Firsby. Follow the road that tracks left and at the next junction turn left sign posted Wainfleet. Travel through Irby in the Marsh, after about 2 miles turn right onto Lymn Bank West and Ings Barn is situated on the left hand side.
